Investors in People status renewed
Rickard Keen has been successfully re-assessed for Investors in People (IIP) status, in recognition of the quality of training and support we offer to our staff.
This was our second re-assessment since we attained IIP status in 2004, as re-assessment is required every three years to confirm the right standards are still being met.
The assessor visited our offices and interviewed a representative sample of 16 members of staff – from partners to students – to ensure we were meeting the required standards.
Launched in 1991, Investors in People provides a framework to help businesses and organisations of all sizes to improve their performance by developing effective strategies to support their staff through their careers.
At Rickard Keen, we have always believed in investing in our staff to improve their experience of the workplace and ensure we provide our clients with the best service at all times, and we are delighted this has been recognised by the IIP assessors.
