Successful start for Sage workshops
Rickard Keen recently staged its first Sage workshop, offering help and advice for clients who use their accountancy software.
The firm became a Sage Accountant Partner last year, allowing it to offer more extensive training and support, as well as discounts on Sage products.
The first workshop was on the subject of filing VAT returns online, which became compulsory for many companies from this month. A representative of Sage and experts from Rickard Keen were on hand to explain the changes and how to file returns using Sage.
Darren Clarke, manager of Rickard Keen’s Business Services team, said he had received an overwhelmingly positive response from those who took part, with most expressing an interest in returning for future events.
The next workshop, scheduled for 9 June, is set to be a general ‘hints and tips’ session, where clients can pick up useful advice on how to get the most from their Sage package.
Clients who are known to use Sage will be invited to the event, but everyone is welcome. Please contact us for more information.
