No matter which sector your business is in, you can never be sure when a crisis will strike. Indeed, unplanned events such as a fire or failure of your IT systems will affect your day-to-day activities, and could even force the business to close.

That’s exactly what Martin Gibbons, Chairman of electrical wholesaler and distributor Jegs, found when a fire completely destroyed the company’s premises in December 2007.

“Rickard Keen also runs a post-Budget meeting the morning after the Budget. This is especially relevant to those of us at a management level, as we get the highlights and can find out which measures affect us. Then we know what to focus on.”
Jegs has already recommended Rickard Keen to one of its suppliers, which was looking for new accountants and now works with the firm, as well as local retailers and people in its network groups.
