One sign of a good relationship between an accountancy firm and their clients is if the clients are happy to recommend them to others.
The staff at Dr T Abela and Partners, a GP practice based in Chafford Hundred, in the borough of Thurrock, chose to work with Rickard Keen following a personal recommendation from one of the doctors at the surgery, who was already using the accountants before he joined the practice.
Rickard Keen has now acted as the practice’s accountants for around 18 years, preparing the accounts, taking care of the tax side of things and offering advice as required. Such loyalty has been inspired by the “good service” always provided by the firm.
“If we have a problem with anything, they are willing to lend a hand,” explains practice manager, Colin Townsend, “whether it is a partnership problem or if we need advice on other matters.”
