This department produces Accounts for our Sole Trader & Partnership clients and also Statutory Accounts for our corporate clients including Limited Companies, Public Limited Companies (PLC) and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP).

The Accounts Department works with our clients from their accounting records and are familiar with all major Accounting software packages on the market.

This department is dedicated to tax services and prepares personal and corporate tax returns for our clients and advises them of their tax liabilities. The Tax team offers tax review services to consider Income, Capital Gains Tax and Corporation Tax planning.

Our Tax Manager, Sue Chipperfield, also provides tax services for Trusts and Estates.

Keith Bell, our dedicated Tax Partner, provides high level tax planning to review Inheritance Tax & Will Planning and also works closely with our IFA Consultants to offer an all-round Wealth Management Service for our clients.

Our Audit Department completes the statutory Audits required for our Limited company clients as well as specialist Audits for Solicitors, Estate Agents, Chartered Surveyors and Charities.

The Audit Department will actively look for areas of improvement in our clients business systems and processes which in turn will help to make our clients more secure, efficient and successful.

The Audit team are also responsible for any due diligence work required for Mergers and Acquisitions or for Forensic Accounting Services.

Our Management Services Team helps our clients with the day-to-day routines of running their business, including book-keeping, VAT returns and payroll services.

One of the key services that the Department offers is via our experienced Management Accountants, who work with many of our clients who may do their own book-keeping but where the business owners need timely and accurate financial information about their business. We work with their Accounts staff to produce monthly, quarterly or periodic Management Accounts as well as future profit, balance sheet and cashflow projections.
